Hey hey! Welcome back to my blog! Today I’ve got a little recipe for you!
I absolutely love smoothies. I love being able to throw whatever fruit I have in my freezer/fridge into a blender and make something different almost every time. I also love making this one type of smoothie all the time: my berry protein smoothie! It’s got a nice sweet taste and has some protein in it which makes it perfect for breakfast or after the gym. All you need is a blender and 4 ingredients!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of frozen berries (I usually buy a bag of frozen mixed berries and use that)
- 3/4 cup of milk (I use unsweetened almond milk)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
All you have to do is put it all in the blender and mix until smooth!
