Hi! Welcome to Blogmas Day 7!
Last year, I did the Holly Jolly Christmas Tag which was such fun! I wanted to do another Christmas tag this year but had no luck finding another one, so I figured I’d just make my own! This is the This or That Christmas Tag which has a series of “would you rather” questions all about Christmas! If you decide to do the tag over on your blog, let me know so I can read your answers!
1. REAL OR FAKE TREE?
Real! I’ve gotten a real tree every single year and I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon.
2. EGG NOG OR HOT CHOCOLATE?
Definitely hot chocolate.
3. CLASSIC OR MODERN CHRISTMAS MUSIC?
I’m a big fan of older Christmas music, but I do love me Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas is You.” Although, that’s probably considered classic instead of modern by now so I’ll have to go with classic!
4. COLORED OR WHITE LIGHTS?
Colored lights. White lights are boring to me, I like the rainbow!
5. CHRISTMAS EVE OR CHRISTMAS DAY?
I like Christmas Eve the best! You get to have fun with family and still have the anticipation of Christmas. Christmas Day is kind of boring to me because it means the season is over haha!
6. WHITE CHRISTMAS OR TROPICAL CHRISTMAS?
I’m from New England so a cold Christmas is pretty typical for me. I’ve never spent the holiday somewhere tropical and I don’t really have much desire to. White Christmas it is!
7. GINGERBREAD OR SUGAR COOKIE?
Definitely sugar cookies. I’ve never liked gingerbread!
8. WHITE ELEPHANT OR SECRET SANTA?
This one is difficult to choose, but I think I’ll have to go with white elephant! There’s much less stress when buying a gift for it compared to secret Santa.
9. UGLY SWEATER OR CUTE SWEATER?
As funny as ugly Christmas sweaters are, I’d have to go with a cute sweater. You’d get more bang for your buck being able to wear it more often!
10. STAR OR ANGEL TREE TOPPER?
My family has a star! I made it out of a toilet paper roll and cardboard in kindergarten and we still use it to this day!
11. WRAPPING PAPER OR GIFT BAGS?
Wrapping paper! I’m not the best at wrapping but it’s much more fun than putting a gift in a bag with some tissue paper.
12. MINTY OF FRUITY CANDY CANES?
I do like the fun fruity candy canes, but nothing can beat a mint one, especially the ones that are mini!
13. GIVING OR RECEIVING GIFTS?
Definitely giving! I love getting things for my friends and family! I also find opening presents while everyone watches you kind of awkward lol.
14. CHRISTMAS MUSIC OR CHRISTMAS MOVIES?
I love both! But if I had to choose just one, I think I’d go with movies because they have Christmas music in them. Loophole!
15. DRESS UP OR PJS ALL DAY?
Honestly, I wish I could spend all of Christmas in my PJs! I usually dress up somewhat, with jeans and a nice sweater!
