Blogmas Day 11: Holiday Self-Care

Hi! Welcome to Blogmas day 11! I can’t believe how quick this has gone by!

Christmas can be super stressful with all the running around and having to see so many family members. That’s why I’m sharing some self- care ideas for the holidays. Enjoy!

  1. Drink some hot peppermint tea
  2. Watch your favorite Christmas movie in bed
  3. Have a dance party to the best Christmas music
  4. Take a bath with a festive bath bomb
  5. Take a nap in a cozy blanket
  6. Buy a new pair of fuzzy socks
  7. Try out a new face mask
  8. Take a 5-minute bathroom breather during a stressful holiday party
  9. Write down all that you’re grateful for this year
  10. Set new goals for the upcoming year
  11. Do some yoga or meditate
  12. Prioritize getting enough sleep
  13. Have a pamper night and go all out with skincare
  14. Take opportunities to have a nutritious meal, but don’t restrict yourself on the yummy holiday foods
  15. Bake your favorite dessert
