Hi! Welcome back to my blog! I know, it’s been a hot minute since I last published a post. Adjusting to my new schedule for the spring semester has been a bit crazy but I’m glad I finally found some time to blog again, I missed it!
I’ve been back at school for a few weeks now, and I have been so incredibly busy. My schedule is pretty packed, which has brought me a bit of stress if I’m being honest. That’s what inspired today’s blog post! If you’re like me and don’t have a ton of time on your hands day to day, then this post is for you. I’m sharing 50 self-care activities that you can do in just 10 minutes! If you’re feeling really busy and overwhelmed, take a step back for just a few minutes and do one of two of these self-care activities. OOOH definitely trying out some of these!! I do my best to make my bed and a cup of coffee in the morning, because it gives me some quiet time to myself where I’m being mildly productive but also not stressed 😅😂
