- Spend time with friends and family
- Say affirmations every morning
- Get ready for the day before checking your phone
- Do 3 random acts of kindness
- Meditate
- Spend more time outside
- Start enjoying the little things more
- Find a creative outlet/hobby
- Say “yes” to new opportunities that excite you
- Look for a bright side
- Be kind to others without expecting anything in return
- Stop looking for validation from other people
- Stay hydrated
- Allow yourself to feel sad instead of stifling those feelings
- Spend money on experiences instead of things
