  8. Take time off social media
  9. Set small goals
  10. Practice gratitude every day
  11. Spend time with friends and family
  12. Say affirmations every morning
  13. Get ready for the day before checking your phone
  14. Do 3 random acts of kindness
  15. Meditate
  16. Spend more time outside
  17. Start enjoying the little things more
  18. Find a creative outlet/hobby
  19. Say “yes” to new opportunities that excite you

  21. Be kind to others without expecting anything in return
