Something I’ve really been wanting to get back into is journaling. In high school and my early college years I journaled almost every day. I haven’t journaled consistently in so long but I really want to get started again, which is was inspired me to make this blog post! As you know, I’m very passionate about personal growth and development. I created this list of 25 journal prompts to help aid your self growth journey. You could even do a little journal “challenge” and go through the list every day for 25 days!
These journal prompts will help you dig a little deeper and reflect on yourself and your life. The best part of these journal prompts is that you can write as little or as much as you like. Journaling is personal, so do whatever best suits you.
