With the start of a new year, we always want to pick up new habits to improve ourselves and our lives. That’s why I’ve compiled this list of 21 things you can do to glow up in 2021! You obviously don’t have to do all of these things. Just pick a few from different sections and start working. Even if you incorporate just a couple of these habits, if you stick to them all year you’ll see an improvement in your life by December. Enjoy!
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT:

- Start journaling every day
- Read a chapter of a book before bed
- Create a consistent morning routine
- Pick up a new hobby
- Create a monthly budget to stick to
- Set attainable goals and create a plan to achieve them (check out my goal setting journal here)
HEALTH AND WELLNESS:

- Go for daily walks (or as close to every day as you can)
- Find a workout routine that excites and motivates you
- Learn new healthy recipes
- Drink 100 oz. of water every day
- Go to sleep earlier
CONFIDENCE:

- Repeat positive affirmations each day
- Take care of your mental health more
- Stop comparing yourself to others
- Compliment yourself and practice more self-love
- Invest in yourself (which can be different for everyone! Invest in a wardrobe that makes you feel confident, invest in your health, invest in your goals, etc.)
MINDSET:

- Start saying yes to new and exciting opportunities
- Surround yourself with people who make you want to be better
- Celebrate your wins, no matter how small
- Try meditation or yoga to promote mindfulness
- Practice gratitude everyday
No matter what aspect of your life you want to glow up this year, these tips should help you work towards your goals. I hope you have a happy, healthy, and successful year!
