Self-care is so important, especially during the winter. Dealing with seasonal depression, low vitamin D levels, and being cooped up in the house calls for some time to relax and take care of yourself. Today I’m sharing the ultimate winter self-care list with 50 ideas for things you can do this winter to take care of yourself!

  2. I love these tips so quick and easy for anyone to do each day, each week or even each month. I particularly, love rearranging my bedroom, which I didn’t originally think would make such a big difference to me, but it really has given me joy and happiness, improving my mental health and wellbeing too.
