25 Life Goals to Set AND ACHIEVE

I love setting goals, it’s one of my favorite things to do. I know some people want to improve themselves, but aren’t sure where to start, but that’s what I’m here for! Today I’m sharing 25 life goals to set to help you improve yourself and create a life you love!


  1. Find a new workout routine
  2. Create a workout schedule and stick to it
  3. Go for daily walks after dinner
  4. Eat at least one balanced meal every day
  5. Drink more smoothies


  1. Have a pamper night once a week
  2. Go to sleep before midnight every night
  3. Do yoga twice a week
  4. Have a skincare routine and do it every morning & night
  5. Create a gratitude list every morning


  1. Get a promotion
  2. Negotiate a raise
  3. Improve presentation & communication skills
  4. Get a new certification in your field
  5. Update LinkedIn & resume


  1. Read more books
  2. Learn a new hobby
  3. Create a personal growth plan
  4. Start journaling
  5. Learn a new language


  1. Call your parents/siblings/children every week
  2. Have a set date night with your significant other every week
  3. Plan a family vacation
  4. Visit your extended family more
  5. Create a family photo album/scrapbook
