Need some self-care ideas? Sometimes it’s hard to think of how to take care of ourselves. But have no fear, because I’m here to help! I’ve created a simple self-care menu so you can choose what to do based on how much time you have. Depending on if you have only 5 minutes or 2 hours, there are activities you can choose from to give you a nice boost of self-care.
Self-care is so important, so even if you only have a few minutes it’s so great to spend them doing something for yourself. Taking care of our minds and bodies helps us create a happy and healthy life so we can get out and enjoy it! You know the saying “you can’t pour from an empty cup?” It’s so true! We have to make sure we’re taking care of ourselves so we have enough to give to other people.
This menu has options for activities that take 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes, and 120 minutes. Figure out how much time you have, pick and activity, and get your self-care on!
